Parc Central is located in Manresa, a modern service-based city with intensive activity in the field of culture, sport, education, health etc. The city also has a long industrial and university history. The Park is in the centre of Catalonia, about 30 minutes from Barcelona on the C-16 and just over an hour from France, Lleida and Girona.
 
The Park is in an excellent location, surrounded by an environment with high-quality landscape, near Agulla Park, which will be extended towards the area attached to Parc Central. The Park’s proximity to Barcelona makes it possible to plan it as one of the nodes of the Catalan capital, allowing its positioning and good connections at all levels. Its position right at the centre of Catalan territory also makes it possible to see it as a central element of the innovation and business promotion system of Catalonia as a whole.
 

 

 

The Park will occupy an area of more than 35 hectares, with a maximum area of 67,000m2 for building and open space of almost 20 hectares.
